We take any complaints you may have about your experience of our services very seriously.
We have worked very hard to earn our deserved reputation for providing a first class and friendly powerboat training service, and we accept that sometimes things go wrong – often for reasons beyond our control.
We recognise we will be judged at the end of the day by how we handle those situations when the outcome of your time with us is less than you would wish.
We will always acknowledge in writing any written complaint you may make within seven working days.
We will then carry out an investigation into the circumstances surrounding your complaint and then make a written reply of our findings and conclusions within 30 working days.
It is always difficult for both sides to deal effectively and fairly with any complaint. So we would ask you to remain objective and provide a detailed written description of the nature of the grievances you have, giving dates, times and witness details where ever possible.
We will always do you the courtesy of making a fair and objective response.
