What you have to look forward to on a Saltwater RYA Powerboat 2 Course
This is a record of the practical morning exercise for Day 2 of our RYA Powerboat Level 2 Course.
The students had covered the theoretical passage planning side of the RYA syllabus on the previous afternoon. The weather and sea conditions were perfect the next day to allow the students to thoroughly enjoy translating theory into practice in Christchurch Bay.
Then it was time to practice some ‘man-overboard’ drills, before heading back to Christchurch for lunch.
We aim to give our students a meaningful boat-handling experience to take away with them when they complete one of our powerboat courses. We hope this short film convinces you that the Saltwater RYA Training School is a sensible choice for you to make for all your powerboat training requirements.
