For this reason we are obliged to charge administration fees or surcharges in the event of a client cancelling or requesting a transfer to an alternative course date. 4.2 All cancellations and requests for transfer must be in writing and either sent via email or post. 4.3 Cancellations made up to 21 days (i.e. 3 weeks) or more before the course date will be refunded, less a 20% administration fee. 4.4 Cancellations made within 21 days of the course date will be subject to the full course fee and no refund will be given. 4.5 Requests to transfer to a later course date will be subject to a surcharge of 25% of the course fee if the request is made within 21 days of the course date that was originally requested. 4.6 The transfer option only applies to clients who are transferring to a different date for the same course. 4.7 The option to transfer can be used only once, after which non-attendance will be treated as a cancellation.4.8 We cannot automatically guarantee a place on the next scheduled course date. 4.9 Substitutions can be made at any time without incurring penalty.
